Event Reschedule

Hello all,

Due to the regrettable event cancellation of this weekend caused by a double-booking by the camp, we have made the following decision regarding the Fall schedule:

We have an available time on the weekend of September 18th, and we are going to be running the cancelled TTA event at Camp Frank A Day on that weekend.

All future posted 2026 events will proceed as planned. If you are planning to attend, please complete this pre-reg form: https://forms.gle/cDaMhwRptyHQSEcM7 

Please fill this out as soon as possible so that we can shift any plot that might be effected by absences.

Money Clarification: All events purchased are free floating tokens. If you bought "this event" but can't attend the new date, you are still paid up for the next event you attend. Anyone with express packages will receive an email from the board shortly clarifying your options.
