As a non-profit it’s important to stress that this game belongs to the players. The Board of Directors were all at one point players in one or more iterations and are first and foremost, volunteers. Our bylaws are set up to ensure that in no way can any profits be used as salary or write offs on a personal level.
All moneys brought in go right back out to cover items such as camp rent, insurance, food costs, props, repairs, costumes, weapons and a small buffer to cover emergencies, unforeseen expenses and with luck, extra events such as winter feasts and summer gatherings.
