Author Posts October 30, 2018 at 3:59 pm #998 DrJay-CarterPlayer I have a formula for: Formula Effect: Grant Common Tier: Uncommon Material: Wind Fragment Description: The created item will be able to deliver a “Grant Common” effect. What is a “common”. Starting recipe effects? Or are there more common effects that it can do? Does it make someone that is extraordinary, suddenly basic (lol)? Do you choose the common effect at the time of item creation or does the item user get to choose what effect on the fly? How exactly does this formula work?
